We decided to give this hotel a try despite reading mixed reviews. the location turned out to be a highlight, with Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum all within a short walk. the room was clean and spacious, with spotless sheets and towels. the communal showers were also clean and warm. the staff, though limited in English, were friendly and helpful. the hotel had free wifi and a convenient storage room for our bags.
The lack of curtains in the room and the cold temperature made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Great value for money at this cozy hotel. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, just a short walk to the main attractions of the city. We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel right at home. the clean communal showers and toilets exceeded our expectations, with hot water and tissue paper provided.
The lack of curtains made sleeping a little challenging, and the cold drafts in the room during winter were a downside. Although the heater helped a bit, we had to bundle up with extra blankets to keep warm.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from Tiananmen Square, making it easy to explore popular attractions in Beijing. Qianmen Subway Station is also just 15 minutes away on foot, providing easy access to the rest of the city.
Lack of Curtains: One of the main drawbacks of the hotel is the absence of curtains in the rooms. This allows light from the courtyard to filter in, making it difficult to sleep, especially for those sensitive to light.
